Workout of the day - Yoga
I did 30 minutes of chest openers, it’s great for anxiety because with anxiety we close our chest so that’s why it’s difficult and uncomfortable but much needed, open your chest and let the air in! :)
I also did mantras, this video is awesome Gayatri Mantra (27 Repetitions) I love mantras, I get calm, relaxed, focus and my breathing flows naturally, it’s 10 minutes and when it has finished I thought it was too short, like just 2!
Then I finished with meditation Slowing Down Meditation
I feel great, like heaven! :)
